STOP BEFORE YOU GET SCAMMED?
ESBHOST.COM & ESBHOSTDOMAINS.COM COBRASCRIPTS.COM
On 2/27/2010 I signed up with ESBHOST.COM as reseller unlimited package and bought 2 domain names through them EZ123WebHosting.com and BogieandtheBullfrog.com and paid for one year in advance. (See receipts below)
I started setting up the whm/cpanel/whmphp and look for the billing software? Otherwise you can't bill anyone. I submitted a support ticket (no response for 3 days) I also call every phone I could find on he's websites. No answer at any of them, then I found a cell phone number and left a message with my phone number to call me back.
In the mean time I find esbhostdomains to sign up as a Domain Reseller. Inside there, you can setup to sell domains and other stuff. Which you can brand to your website or use there's template all ready site up. So until I get the design work done I was going to use the readymade site branded with my name. When setting up the process I ran into another problem tiring to change the dns names and adding A records.
So I ask a friend of my to help me since I wasn't get any support from
ESBHOST.COM As stated on the front page of he's

We compared whm panel and found that I was missing things and found out that he's whmcs software was not connected to the reseller account so I could not brand my site because you need to add A record with different ip address so everything would point to website/domain.
This is where it gets good!
So at this point, I started looking for a new reseller hosting plan with better support. I found a new company and started move over, all I needed to do was change the dns name servers to point to my new ip address. I tried and it would not change.
So I sent one more support ticket (read below)

PLEASE CHANGE MY DNS to point to the new name servers below, from the master whmcs control panel PLEASE
dns1.ez123webhosting.com to 69.175.44.242 IP and dns2.ez123webhosting.com to 69.175.44.243 IP
I am changing hosting company, the support here is not good, and your WHMCS is not set up properly with the reseller control panel, there too many broken links on YOUR website. there were open ticket for days and no response except from auto responder.
Soon as you point my dns to the new IP's and propagation I will transfer the 2 domain register to new company.
Then REQUEST A REFUND and close all accounts with esbhost /esbhostdomains
I have an open ticket for 3/7/2010 asking to please call with my number
and still no response!!!
I am sorry I got email saying you where in training class and would response
on Tuesday."
WOW, I GOT A QUICK RESPONSE.

Now, I responded in the support ticket forum, because I wanted it to be record by the support system. (which now I can't get those tickets)
Then I started emailing him directly.
He's next email "Quoted"
"Why would I help some other host and our site works fine. We host around 800,000 domains and I have heard this only from you.. Why are you wanting a reseller panel if you have no clue on what to do with it or how to do something as basic as change the hosting domain dns... And what domain?? You forfiteed the one you have when you closed the account. Have a nice day."
That's funny, when you register a domain name it's your for one year and
I have the confirmation receipt to proof it. So I contacted the registor
to get them to change the dns.
To my surprise when you buy domains through him (He register's the domain names under he's name and does not move them to you) I have filed against him to the Public domain registry / ICANN and submit the paid invoices. We will see what happens, 15-30 days to investigate.
Of course then I went to PayPal and filled a complaint, then I got the last email for him (Since writing this page)
